I love Olivia Palermo's cape while out shopping in New York City. It's By Malene Birger and looks so warm and cozy and so perfect for the upcoming winter!

Also, have you heard the news? That The City is not returning for a third season! So sad...but I guess there is only so much of the same drama they can show! Anyway, Olivia is making her mark in the modeling world. Her latest involvement with Mango, modeling with her model boyfriend, have everyone going crazy in the fashion blog world! I'm wondering if she's going to take over Scarlett Johansson's role as the brands' ambassador. But I guess we'll have to wait and see!

Watching... How I Met Your Mother - You know I just figured out the relevance of the title...I know, I'm a bit slow!

Reading... 'If you have to cry, go outside' by Kelly Cutrone - It's a bit all over the place, (not sure how I felt about the whole goddess chapter), but I'm enjoying it!
Listening... Chiddy Bang! My new hiphop love...
Wanting... For the Northern Hemisphere: A camel cape, a big knit sweater and a new pair of black comfy flats. For the Southern Hemisphere: a beautiful Zimmermann playsuit and bikini's pictured above (Just released from their Summer Campaign 2010/11).
Excited about... a) Leaving for our European adventure in 10 days and b) Finally finishing French classes on Thursday!

Despite some criticisms, I love this collaboration between Bono and wife, Ali Hewson 's ethical clothing label, Edun, and Louis Vuitton. It is suppose to bring 'international exposure' to Edun's mission to eradicate poverty through sustainable enterprise in Africa.

Photographed by the remarkable Annie Leibovitz, the campaign continues LV's popular travel themed ads into Africa with the tag line, "Every journey begins in Africa" which is also etched onto the special edition Keepall style embossed in monogram canvas, and with a special charm hanging off of it. Proceeds from sales of the bag will go to TechnoServe and the Cotton Initiative.

I love a good cause, especially when a luxury brand is involved. But I often wonder, does the fact that the profits made on the bag go to charity, drive sales further or hinder it? There's a question to ponder...

I've realised I really love blog titles with equations lately! Funny thing is, I hate maths!

I received my regular Topshop update email in my inbox today and what caught my eye was the t-shirt and long sleeved goodies labelled in French by Ashish. Why?

Firstly, well as you all know I'm learning French.
Secondly, we have a friend that is living in London and his name is Ashish.

So it's all quite fitting that now I want one of these cotton tees. Sometimes I just can't help myself! My eye is on the 'Bon Appetit'!
