How funny is this publicity stunt by French Grazia Magazine? They brought pug-dog balloons to Paris Fashion Week to obtain l'attention! The Cool Hunter says it's referring to the chi-chi practice of carrying a lap-dog to such events. So random! And as always, the French girls look so chic doing it!
